The ALLPANOVA Method

From opportunity to market.

Seven stages to move forward step by step, from the first conversation to business relationships that can grow.

Not every project goes through every stage. The scope, responsibilities and fees of each stage are agreed in writing before we start.

Start with Discover
  1. Discover

We get to know your company, product or business need.

  2. Assess

We look at commercial potential, the market, capacity and preliminary costs.

  3. Prepare

We identify the requirements and improvements needed to approach the market.

  4. Connect

We look for potential buyers, suppliers and partners.

  5. Negotiate

We help develop proposals and business conversations.

  6. Execute

We coordinate operations with specialist providers and professionals, depending on each project.

  7. Expand

We explore recurring business relationships and growth opportunities.

The next big product can come from any sector.

These categories describe the kind of opportunities we assess. They are not an inventory, our own catalogue or contracted suppliers.

Trade, technology and connections in one place.

An initial focus on Ecuador–Canada

We concentrate on a single trade corridor so we can know it in depth.

Technology capability

We use digital tools and artificial intelligence to research markets, organize information and present each offer better.

Focused on real opportunities

Before suggesting any step, we take an honest look at whether there is a possible market for your product or need.

For companies of every size

We work with small producers, cooperatives, start-ups and established companies.

Step-by-step support

We move in stages. Each phase is agreed based on the potential and resources of each project.

International outlook

We start with Ecuador and Canada, with the goal of building a technology-driven B2B trade network.

Context

A new chapter in Ecuador–Canada trade relations.

Canada and Ecuador have signed a Free Trade Agreement. It is a meaningful signal for both markets, but it does not yet change the terms of any operation.

Signed

July 24, 2026

Canada and Ecuador signed the Free Trade Agreement, according to the Government of Canada.

Status

Signed, not yet in force

It will enter into force once both countries complete their ratification procedures. There is no official date.

Two-way merchandise trade

CAD 2.0 billion in 2025

General figure published by the Government of Canada. It does not describe the results of any company.

What this means today

Until the agreement is in force, current tariffs, requirements and permits apply. Once it is, each benefit will depend on the product, the rules of origin and what the authorities establish.

This is general information, not legal, customs or tax advice. Check every operation with the relevant authorities or a licensed professional.

Frequently asked questions

Can I take part if I’m a small producer?

Yes. We assess opportunities from producers, start-ups, cooperatives and companies of every size. What matters is understanding your product, your available capacity and your goals.

Do I need export experience?

No. If it’s your first time, we start with a preliminary review of your product, capacity, documentation and sales materials.

Does ALLPANOVA buy my products?

No. ALLPANOVA does not buy or resell products and holds no inventory. We connect the parties and support the commercial process within the scope we agree on.

Do you guarantee buyers?

No. We research and look for potential counterparts, but the decision to buy depends on each buyer, the product and market conditions. We don’t guarantee sales, contracts or approvals either.

Which sectors do you work with?

Cacao, coffee, food and agri-food, crafts, textiles, manufacturing, natural cosmetics, technology, machinery and more. Each case is assessed against the destination market and its regulatory requirements.

Can I look for Canadian products?

Yes. We also connect Ecuadorian companies with Canadian manufacturers and suppliers. Tell us what you’re looking for, the approximate volume and what it’s for.

How does the process work?

We follow the ALLPANOVA Method: discover, assess, prepare, connect, negotiate, execute and expand. We move in stages, and each one is agreed with you before we start.

What does the service cost?

It depends on the scope of each project, so we don’t publish general rates. Before any work begins, we send you a written proposal with scope, responsibilities and fees.

What documents do I need?

To get started, just a description of your product or need. Depending on the product and market, you may later need technical sheets, registrations, health or phytosanitary certificates, labelling and certificates of origin. We’ll tell you which apply and which authority or specialist handles them.

How can I become a business partner?

Fill in the form with the Business partner profile or use the “I want to be a partner” button. Tell us what service, reach or expertise you bring.
